The conference is initiated by Science and Engineering Institute (SCIEI), Sensors and Systems Society of Singapore (SSS), assisted by Huazhong University of Science and Technology etc.

Reviewed and accepted papers can be published to IEEE conference proceedings, included in IEEE Xplore, which is indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
