Short Description
Welcome to join in the 2019 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Information Communications (ICSPIC 2019)， which will be held in Phuket, Thailand during January 19-21, 2019.
For papers submitted to ICSPIC 2019, we offer the publications as following:
1. Publication in IJSPS. Submissions will be peer reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Signal Processing Systems (IJSPS, ISSN: 2315-4535), which will be indexed by Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
2. Publication in JCM. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Communications (ISSN: 1796-2021 (Online); 2374-4367 (Print)), which will be indexed by SCOPUS; DBLP; INSPEC; etc.
