Welcome to join in the 2019 3rd International Conference on Civil Engineering (ICOCE 2019), which will be held in Hue, Vietnam during May 4-6, 2019.
For papers submitted to ICOCE 2019, we offer the publications as following:
1. Publication in IJET. Submissions will be peer reviewed by the conference technical committees and accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Engineering and Technology, which will be indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET), Chemical Abstracts Services (CAS), etc.
2. Publication in IJSCER. Submissions will be peer reviewed by the conference technical committees and accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Structural and Civil Engineering Research, which will be indexed by Google Scholar, ProQuest, etc.
