2023 7th International Conference on Intelligent Traffic and Transportation (ICITT 2023) becoming one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of intelligent traffic and transportation. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in intelligent traffic and transportation and related techniques. Following the successful ICITTs in past six years in Zurich in 2017, Stockholm in 2018, Amsterdam in 2019, and virtual mode for 2020 and 2021, hybrid for 2022 in Paris. Once again, the conference will be held in Madrid, Spain during September 18-20, 2023. Welcome scholars and researchers working in the field of intelligent traffic and transportation from all over the world to attend the conference and share your experiences and lessons with other enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation.

Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be included into Conference Proceedings. The conference proceedings will be submitted to be indexed by Scopus and Ei Compendex.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.
