We will publish accepted papers and posters in the IEEE conference proceedings through the IEEE digital Library as outlined in the CFP. We are planning to conduct a virtual program that will support live sessions of keynote speakers and author presentations, supplemented by online material including videos, slides, and discussions. When we know more about the program and how we will accommodate the international audience across time zones, we will also announce registration fees. At this time, we expect the workshops, tutorials and poster presentations to be conducted virtually on the days they are scheduled and that each workshop/tutorial/poster session will use a virtual format that suits their objectives for participation.
