Welcome to join in the 2019 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Metaheuristics & Swarm Intelligence (ISMSI 2019), which will be held in Male, Maldives during March 23-24, 2019.
For papers submitted to ISMSI 2019, we offer the publication as following:
Accepted Papers after registration and presentation at ISMSI19 will be published in the International Conference Proceedings, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters (ISI Web of Science).
A special issue of "Neural Computing & Applications", a Springer Publication [SCIE indexed, 2017 Impact Factor : 4.213, 5 year Impact Factor : 2.696; ISSN: 0941-0643 (print version) ISSN: 1433-3058 (electronic version)], will publish a selected set of extended versions of ISMSI19 papers (to be shortlisted after the conference), after the usual reviewing of those papers.
