RE Cares@ RE2026
Similar to the previous years, we aim to collaborate with a non-profit stakeholder local to the conference venue in Montreal. Currently, we are still in a planning phase, but we will keep you informed about any updates as well as detailed schedules for the event. A typical structure of the RE Cares based on the previous events looks as follows:
Monday, August 17th: “Kick-off” meeting with stakeholders to introduce and discuss the context, motivations, and current state (“as-is scenario”) from the customers’ viewpoint, followed by interactive requirements elicitation and creativity sessions among all participants.
Wednesday, August 19th: Summary, review, and refinement of elicited requirements, Q&A with stakeholders, and preparation for the “design-a-thon.”
Thursday, August 20th: All-day “design-a-thon,” featuring collaborative co-creation and co-design sessions focusing on interaction concepts, database structures, and UI/UX wireframes for the envisioned solution.
Stay tuned for any upcoming news!
